Cleanse Your Way Into Fall

Come on everybody!!

Join the Clone Army in doing a cleanse. Fall is quickly approaching and no one said you only have to be healthy going into summer. THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS challenge. If you lose weight, that's great!! This is an attempt to remove some of the excess waste left over from the Standard American Diet (SAD).

Don't wimp out on us! Look, my love for McDonalds fries and McFlurry are much more than you could ever imagine but we will both embark on this. So we'll be here for you, so be here for us!  We will constantly update the blog with natural foods as we go on the 6 weeks challenge.

You can eat most of anything natural.  And we'll even show you how to eat out with your friends so you're not sad and depressed.

And before you say "eating healthy is expensive!" Think about the cost of the consequences of not eating healthy. That far exceeds any amount you could've spent on the foods you bought that were cheap.
